Storage Software Model now supports a Manual Id on Order Entry in addition to Lot# and Pallet Id. A Manual Id can be specified during a Putaway to group an entire set of pallets together. That is, in addition to the customers Lot Number, the Manual Id can serve as an Internal Lot Number.
Our printed Pick Ticket now features a summary section applicable when picks and pulls print across more than one pallet and lot.
Sales Orders having a $Zero value, now have a Red Highlighted Order Total to warn you, visually, prior to invoicing.
Our Storage Software Model now supports an Automatic Release Charge added to outbound pick orders. Please inquire if all of your outbound activity requires manually added charge - automating it will save you some time and prevent lost charges.
Our Distribution Software Model now supports both a company-level or user-level Gross Profit % Threshold setting. The shown Gross Profit for Sales Orders and Order Lines are red-highlighted if the GP falls below the threshold.
Pick Tickets, BOLs, and Invoices can now be set to Automatically Print once generated. Please let us know if you print every document you generate - automating it will save you some time.

For Catch Weight Lines, we now show the count of weights taken vs. not taken in the Sales Order activity section.
A New Address button is now available in Order Entry - allowing for faster creation of new address into the Customers Master Address list.
You can now Move Inventory Units which were already picked and verified to an order. This essentially allows you to adjust the unit & pallet configuration of any order, and thus customizing the BOL with a specific and accurate pallet count. This is useful when a shipment has to be re-palletized or re-stacked due to unique stacking requirements.
A new quick Order Imaging option is now available under the RF menu in our WMS software. This option allows you to easily enter a sales order number, then upload any relevant attachments. Easily upload pictures of every pallet going out on a sales order, or every pallet that came in. Note the device being used has to be a camera-enabled-device.
A new Verified Order Move icon is now available on the Sales Order listing, providing even quicker access for moving pallets out to manifest bins.
A new Edit Pallet icon is now available on the Inventory Unit Inquiry listing, providing even quicker access for editing a pallet's information such as the Manual Id., Exclude Reason, Internal Note, etc.
Improvements have been made to the Inventory ReStock functionality of our WMS ERP system, which provides guidance to returning unwanted picked or verified inventory back to its original pallet/location.
An option for Bulk Limited bins are now supported. This is the 4th type of bin supported. Traditional bins allow for a maximum of 1 pallet. Bulk bins allow for an unlimited number of pallets. Pushback bins allow for a limited number of pallets in LIFO order. The new Bulk Limited option allows for multiple pallets limited to a maximum in each bin without a LIFO rule.
A Default Customer PO Number can be setup at the customer level. Every new sales order can be defaulted with a preset PO Number from that customer's setup.
After successful completion of a Putaway, the WMS system now automatically redirects to the Putaway Queue page. This more clearly illustrates that the putaway has been completed.
A new Queue button is now available after a Putaway is created, fast-tracking you into the Putaway Queue.
We now have a new Weights icon directly from the Putaway queue. This allows weights to be taken prior to commencing the Putaway, making it easier to track your progress in entering weights across many pallets. It automatically traverses all pallets in the Queue.
Our WMS Software has implemented a robust scheduling component to ensure that the day to day operations for cold storage and food distribution businesses are optimized.
Plan ahead and schedule pickups and drop-offs using our Schedule Calendar feature. Add appointments to the schedule for putaways, receipts and pick up orders, and view by the day or for the upcoming week. See exactly what's coming in and going out at a glance.
The scheduling feature of our WMS ERP system has also made it easier to organize and ensure all pickups and drop-offs go smoothly with appointment confirmations and email alerts. Send customers and vendors an appointment confirmation notice to confirm an appointment has been added to the schedule.
In addition, set up appointment alerts to send out email reminders as upcoming appointments are approaching.
Scheduling your anticipated pickups and drop-offs and submitting appointment confirmation documents will help mitigate any unexpected surprises, as both parties are now formally aware of the expectations for the delivery or drop-off.
List out any stipulations on the order confirmation document to avoid any unexpected no shows or drop-offs at unspecified times.
